Our Publisher & Chief Editor, N. Aldric Tate, (aka Grand Father Pine) has a diverse Christian experience, beginning with his childhood as a Preachers Kid (PK) of a Baptist Pastor, continuing as a student at a Jesuit University, a 10-year experience in the African Methodist Episcopal (AME) Church, and became a Non-Denominational Christian in 1993.

 

Most of his teenage years and through age 21 he spent learning and implementing the Boy Scout Oath, Law, Motto, Slogan and the Outdoor Code in his local troop and as a resident Camp Leader at Scout Ranches in Michigan, where he spent many nights nestled under pine trees.

 

He graduated from the University of Detroit (Jesuit Society) with a major in Accounting / Finance and minored in English/Linguistics.

Mr. Tate has had a 34-year career in the Accounting /Business Support field gaining broad experiences from instructing Accounting Principles at a Michigan Junior College to Controller for a million dollar California corporation.  He has also served on the Board of Directors of corporations in Michigan, California and Alabama.

 

He began pursuing the fulfillment of his English/Linguistics education and love for translating difficulty into simplicity via the written word in the years approaching 2010, thereby leading to recognition by the US Library of Congress as a Publishing House and the establishment of Galatians Five Publishers.

Deborah F Tate, MDiv, a  4th generation AME (African Methodist Episcopal) became an Elder and served in pastoral positions in Michigan, Ohio, and Iowa for more than 12 years.

 

She attended the University of Detroit, where she graduated with a Bachelors in Business Administration (BBA).  She met the son of a Baptist Pastor (Norman) in a Religious Studies class, who became her 'best friend'.  She  married Norman in 1982 and is the mother of his 3 children.

Deborah enrolled in the United Theological Seminary (Dayton, Ohio) shortly after getting married and graduated with a Master of Divinity in 1985.

 

In 1991 both Deborah and Norman experienced the Baptism of The Holy Ghost while attending a non-denominational Holy Ghost Party. Subsequently Deborah and Norman have grown in the knowledge and understanding of The Fruit of The Spirit.

Deborah has a love for writing and speaking on biblical and spiritual subjects, and witnessing her faith to others.  She currently serves on the ministerial staff at the Grace Covenant Christian Church of The Harvest in San Diego, CA

Our mission is to encourage and promote the character of Jesus, the Christ, and spiritual health through literary creations, motivational seminars and workshops based on Galatians 5:22-23: 

But the Fruit of the Spirit is Love, Joy, Peace, Long-Suffering, Gentleness, Goodness, Faith, Meekness and Temperance.  Against such things there is no law.
